Day with Lucy

We had the great opportunity to go visit Lucy. It was awesome. Some great family time away and together. We got to the Science Center before our tickets let us in so we had fun looking around.






They always have lots of fun things to do.

When it was time to go in and see Lucy we learned we were not allowed to take pictures :(

So, here is proof we were there
This was on the side of the Science Center. It was such a neat experience. To learn about the Ethiopian culture. Once we finally got up to where "Lucy" was it was amazing. They only have 46 bones, but from those are able to tell approximately how tall and what Lucy would have looked like. We had a great time and learned a lot. Wesley thought it was interesting that he was taller then what Lucy was.

We met up with some friends and went to the Dinosaur Live Imax movie. That was cool. It was 3-d and the kids loved it. on the way out we saw these:



We had a great day ending at the Rainforest Cafe. The kids love the atmosphere and it's lots of fun.
